Are the shoes vegan?

Yes! We pay particular attention to the materials we use in our barefoot shoes and consciously select 100% vegan components.

Do I need to care for the shoes in a particular way?

Safety and barefoot shoes don't require any special care products. We also use only the highest quality materials to ensure your shoes last a long time without extensive maintenance.

I saw a pair of the shoes on your other site. Why are yours more expensive?

Unfortunately, due to the fact that we manufacture in China, it's not possible to completely prevent our designs from being sold to other companies. However, we are 100% confident that we offer the highest quality safety shoes on the market. Our material is manufactured using our special Kevlar sole technology, which is only available here. We invest a lot of time and effort into offering you multifunctional shoes that meet all your everyday needs!

Are your shoes machine washable?

Theoretically, this is possible, but since our shoes are made of many different materials, we advise against it. We recommend handwashing only. However, the soles are very easy to remove and are machine washable.

How do the shoes fit?

We provide a size chart for each model. Please refer to the respective product page.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there aren't any!

How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 1-3 business days. Once the order is processed, the package will be shipped and will arrive within 2-4 days.

What happens to packages that could not be delivered?

All undeliverable packages will be automatically returned to the sender (us) by the post office. If your order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping fees.

Can I return the order if it doesn't fit/I don't like it?

If you don't like the product or are dissatisfied for any other reason, please email us within 30 days. If you decide to return the item, you will receive either a refund or a replacement product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
