What safety certification do the shoes have?

Every pair of our shoes meets and exceeds the strict standards of protection class EN ISO 20345. This isn't just a certification; it's our promise that every step you take is backed by unsurpassed protection and unwavering quality.

Are the shoes vegan?

Yes! We pay particular attention to the materials we use in our barefoot shoes and consciously select 100% vegan components.

Do I need to care for the shoes in a particular way?

Safety and barefoot shoes don't require any special care products. We also use only the highest quality materials to ensure your shoes last a long time without extensive maintenance.

How do I contact customer service?

The best way to contact us is via email. We respond to each email within an average of four hours and a maximum of 24 hours. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Is my personal data safe with you?

All data on our website is completely secure thanks to SSL encryption. We treat all data with the utmost care and only transmit it to our payment service providers in accordance with data protection regulations.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated in the system. Please note that your order is actually on its way and there is no delay to the package, only the status of the tracking number. Are your shoes machine washable?

Theoretically, this is possible, but since our shoes are made of many different materials, we advise against it. We recommend handwashing only. However, the soles are very easy to remove and are machine washable.

How do the shoes fit?

We provide a size chart for each model. Please refer to the respective product page.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there aren't any!

How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 1-3 business days. Once the order is processed, the package will be shipped and will arrive within 2-4 days.

What happens to packages that could not be delivered?

All undeliverable packages will be automatically returned to the sender (us) by the post office. If your order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping fees.

Can I return the order if it doesn't fit/I don't like it?

If you don't like the product or are dissatisfied for any other reason, please email us within 30 days. If you decide to return the item, you will receive either a refund or a replacement product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
