GENERAL

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place the products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order – appropriate correction tools are available for this purpose during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after submitting the order.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for concluding the contract is German. We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer available online.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the product prices listed in the online shop, shipping costs will apply unless the order is marked as free shipping. Further details on shipping costs can be found in the respective offers. We only ship by mail; self-collection of the goods is not possible.

4.1 Import duties, customs duties and VAT

Our products are shipped directly from China. All prices listed in the online shop are net prices, meaning they do not include any import duties, customs fees, value-added tax, or other government charges that may be levied upon import into the country of destination (especially within the European Union).
 The buyer is solely responsible for paying all applicable import taxes, duties, VAT, and other fees associated with customs clearance of the goods. Please note that any delays, additional costs, or other inconveniences in the import process are your responsibility. We do not collect or pay any advance payments related to these taxes.

5. Payment

In our online shop, the following payment methods are available:

PayPal

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website for secure payment processing. There, you can log in with your PayPal account or alternatively pay by credit card via PayPal. After completing the transaction, you will automatically be returned to our store and receive a confirmation email. Payment is processed in accordance with PayPal's current terms of use.

Klarna

With Klarna, you have the option of paying the invoice amount upfront or, if offered, paying in installments. You will be redirected to the Klarna payment processing page, where you enter your payment information. Please note that Klarna's payment methods and conditions are subject to separate terms of use, which you must agree to.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will provide us with your credit card information. After successfully verifying your identity as the legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. Your credit card will be charged automatically once the transaction is authorized and processed by your credit card company.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, statutory liability for defects applies. For used goods, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery of the goods.
 The following limitations and shortening of time limits do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents – in particular not in the case of:

  1. Injury to life, body or health,
  2. intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and malice,
  3. Violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely,
  4. Guarantee promise, if agreed, or
  5. insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

8. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, in particular in the following cases:

  • Injury to life, body or health,
  • intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • Guarantee promise, if agreed, or
  • insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

In cases of slight negligence, our liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract that can typically arise from such breaches of duty. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
